• The rights to install and run, MLM developed, software are subject to compliance with the terms of this agreement.
• In case of setting up more than one website, using the same script, you are required to obtain an additional license(s).
• The software code is encrypted, and under no circumstances, it can be decrypted.
• The scripts and PHP source files cannot be removed, modified or manipulated under any circumstances.
• MLM solutions reserves all rights and ownership of the software.

A script license is issued for a particular domain name. It can only be moved to a new domain after requesting MLM support team. However, MLM reserves the right to grant or deny any requests, with/without revealing any reason(s).

Under the licensed selling, licensing, giving away, or distribution of the source code- of the scripts contained in “Software Product”, in their full form or any subpart of it is prohibited.
The source code, in full or any subpart thereof, cannot be used as part of another program, sold by any party except for MLM Solutions.
The Open source license holder can ONLY have the encoded source version only.

MLM Solutions is responsible for providing free “Technical support” for all the software solutions. The period for this support may, however, may vary based on the purchased package.

All IT solutions, including software, sold on this website (https://elitemlmsoftware.com) are copyright protected software.
MLM Solutions reserves all intellectual property rights and other rights on the software.
Users can use the software in the licensed domain, only with an active license, while complying with all the terms of this agreement.
The right to software customizations and/or the software variants are reserved with Elite MLM Solutions.

We disclaim all warranties- express or implied- and the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee for the Content within the Services. We further disclaim any warranty that (A) the Software or services will meet your requirements or will be always available, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, and securely (B) the results obtained from the use of the Services or Software will be accurate, useful, or reliable; (C) the Services or Software will meet your expectations; or (D) any defects in the Services or Software will be corrected.
We expressly disclaim liabilities for any actions resulting from the use of any Services or Software. You may use and acquire the Services or Software at your own responsibility and risk. You are responsible for any damages to your computer, or whole system, or loss of data that results from the use of any Service or Software.
If you share your Content for public sharing through our servers, we are not responsible for: (A) corruption, loss, or damage to your Content; (B) the deletion of Content by anyone other parties other than Elite MLM; or (C) the inclusion of your Content on third parties websites or in other media.

Elite MLM is not liable to you or anyone else for any special, indirect, moral, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever, regardless of cause, including losses and damages (A) resulting from the loss of use, profits, revenue, data, or reputation; (B) based on any theory of liability, including violation of contract or warranty, negligence, or other tortious action; or (C) resssulting from the use of or access to the Services or Software. Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes our liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct of Elite MLM or its employees, death, or personal injury.

Elite MLM may add, modify and revise these terms and conditions, applicable to its services, without any prior notice. By continuing to use MLM-developed software, after the revisions come into effect, you agree to the revised terms.
